Mr. Abeasi is currently the Managing Director of Africa Investconsult and the Board Chairman of Ghana Center for Democratic Development. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Investment Promotion Center and a member of Africa Business Roundtable. Mr. Abeasi worked with Volta Aluminum Company, Mobil Ghana Limited and Agricultural Development Bank in leadership roles. He is well known for his achievements in the advocacy of the private sector having established the Private Enterprise Foundation, where he served as the first director of the foundation.
Mr Arthur is a results-oriented finance professional with over 15 years combined experience and functional expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Delivery, Strategic Management, and Sales. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and implementing the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public Finance, Development Finance and Banking. Prior to joining FCL, William worked at Bank of Africa (Formerly Amalbank) in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. Mr Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.
Mr. Aboagye-Atta is currently the Managing Director of Orbit Lending Company Limited. He worked as Finance Director for Engineers and Planners and also as Head of Operations for General Leasing and Finance Company Ltd. He worked at the Aid and Debt Management Department of the Ministry of Finance and has consulted for a number of international bodies including World Bank, IFC/APDF and Japan Bank for International Corporation on Debt Management issues.

Ms Essie Anno Sackey combines several years of international exposure in management with leading international firms with intimate knowledge and understanding of public sector and private institutions from her many years of working as Country Manager of British Airways Plc, Managing Director of Ghana Airports Company Ltd, Consultant at Techoserve Ghana and many more. She holds an MBA in Marketing & Quantitative Analysis from Brigham Young University, Provo - Utah, USA. She is the Chairperson of the Latter-day Saint Charities Advisory Board and also serves on several other boards such as Ghana International School, Tour Operators Union Advisory Board and BioChemical Products (GH) Ltd
Mr. Kwasi Atuah is the CEO, founder and sole shareholder of Lifeforms Group. Kwasi Atuah has varied business and entrepreneurial experience across various sectors including media (television and film industries), telecom, infrastructure, real estate, banking and finance. He is considered the pioneer of airtime sales and program syndication in Ghana and has worked with industry giants such as Warner Brothers, Columbia Pictures and Viacom.
After a successful career in media, Mr. Atuah realigned Lifeform’s core function from media program syndication to infrastructure and real estate development. Over the past 10 years, Lifeforms Limited under the direction of Mr. Atuah, has developed a number of projects, such as the Refurbishment and Re-tooling of Ghana Broadcasting Corporation; Self Help Rural Electrification Project (SHEP 4) – US$350 million national electrification project, funded by US EXIM Bank. Kwasi Atuah holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
Mr Kwame Kwakye-Mintah is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Lifeforms Ltd and a board member of Prudential Bank Ghana Limited. Mr Kwakye-Mintah previously worked as a Director, Credits and Projects, for Exports Development and Investment Fund (EDIF) and a Research, Research and Corporate planning, for Bank of Housing and Construction
Ama is a lawyer by profession, a member of the Ghana Bar Association and holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Essex in the UK. She has gained wide range of Legal, Administration and Management experience while working with Sozo Law Consult (private legal practice), United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and Women in Law and Development in Africa (WILDAF). Mrs. Ayittey is currently the Head of Legal and Administration at Lifeforms Limited.
