Mr Arthur is a results-oriented finance professional with over 15 years combined experience and functional expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Delivery, Strategic Management, and Sales. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and implementing the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public Finance, Development Finance and Banking. Prior to joining FCL, William worked at Bank of Africa (Formerly Amalbank) in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. Mr Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.
Mr. Sylvester Inkum was educated at the University of Ghana where he obtained his BA in Economics and Statistics in 1990 and his MBA in 1999. Sylvester worked with the Aid/Debt Management Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from 1992 to 2000. He later joined Horizon Leasing and Finance Company (then General Leasing and Finance Company), in October 2000. He has acquired tremendous experience in Lease Structuring and Asset Finance over the years. He has in the past worked as Head of Operations and Business Development of Leasafric Ghana Limited and later as Head of Credit of SDC Finance & Leasing Company Limited all in Accra.
Samuel is a highly qualified, results-oriented international banker with broad and diversified experience in corporate strategy, project finance, equity investments, bond origination, loan origination, international trade and legislative/regulatory issues. Experienced in trade finance market by working with lenders and brokers to ensure that various businesses get what they need to sell locally and abroad and be competitive in international markets. He also has comprehensive knowledge of West African Banking and Capital Market and Monetary Policies
Mr. Akrong holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana, Legon and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He has more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting having worked as Head of Finance in Beige Capital and Access Bank (Ghana) Ltd. Prior to that he worked as the Finance Manager for Horizon Finance & Leasing Company and Association of Progressive Entrepreneurs in Development (APED) an NGO affiliated to World Vision. He also worked with KPMG as a Senior Audit Staff where he gained extensive experience in Financial Accounting and Risk Management.
Jonathan currently works as the Acting Head of Corporate Finance for Forms Capital. He previously worked as the Senior Credit Analyst where he was responsible for evaluating financial and technical data to determine the level of default risk to the institution. Prior to that Jonathan worked with a number of financial institutions across three different continents, including Ghana International Bank in London, MassMutual Financial Group in Tampa, Florida, and Fidelity Bank Ghana. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in International Business with a minor in Finance and a Master’s degree in Management from IE Business School in Madrid. Jonathan also sits on the Lifeforms Group Management Committee where decisions on business development acquisitions and potential investments and disinvestments are taken. He also represents Lifeforms Group at shareholders’ meetings for three of its major shareholdings: Fidelity Bank Ghana, Prudential Bank Limited, and Woman’s World Banking Ghana.
Maame is a Marketing Professional with over 8 years’ experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Marketing Strategy, Financial Services Marketing, Customer Service, Branch Management and Credit Analysis. Her professional training includes Strategic Marketing, Marketing Planning, Sales and Managing Corporate Reputation. She previously worked with Bank of Africa from 2006 to 2013 where she started her career as a Relationship Officer and rose through the ranks to become the youngest Branch Manager in her time. Her experience in Client Relationship Management in the Financial Sector spans from managing Corporate, SME, and Retail clients to High Net Worth clients. During her stay at Bank of Africa she was also part of the Retail Strategy Committee and the Employee of the Month Committee. She also worked briefly with a real estate company where she was Director of Sales and Customer Experience. Maame, holds a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. She is a determined and self-motivated individual driven by her passion to create value for all clients she comes into contact with.
