Mr Berifi Afari Apenteng is currently the Board Chairman of Forms Capital Limited and actively serve on the Boards of Directors of Adesa Productions Limited a media content production company and Media General, the parent company of TV3 Limited and Adesa Productions. Before retiring from full-time work in February 2019 he worked actively as media and communications consultant and Chief Executive Officer of CorpComm Limited, a strategic communications company, providing public communication consultancy and services to public and private organisations.

Mr. Apenteng has wide experience in executive management and corporate governance from training and active engagement at very high levels of organizational management and governance. He has served in senior management positions and on Boards for more than 20 years and has developed excellent skills in leadership, team building, staff development, corporate governance and organizational performance. From 2011 to 2013, he was the Director General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. He also served as Managing Director, Graphic Communications Group, Managing Director, TV Africa, General Manager TV3 Network, General Manager, GAMA Film Company and Chief Executive Officer, CorpComm Limited a private media and communication consulting firm.

He has also consulted on media and communications for organizations such as UNESCO and the World Bank in Ghana and in countries in the sub-region. He also consulted for Ghana Government as the lead consultant in the development of a Broadcasting Bill. He served as Chairman of Council, Ghana Institute of Journalism for three years and was a member of the National Media Commission on two occasions, first in 1993 and in 2009. He holds academic and professional qualifications in History, Journalism, Law and Management.

Mr Arthur is a results-oriented finance professional with over 20 years combined experience and functional expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Delivery, Strategic Management, and Sales. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and implementing the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public Finance, Development Finance and Banking. Prior to joining FCL, William worked at Bank of Africa (Formerly Amalbank) in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. Mr Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.

Joyce Opon is a finance professional with diverse experience in Treasury management, benefits administration, business planning and implementation processes and tax management. She has extensive private sector experience gained from working with both multinational and local companies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Health Insurance and Automobile accessory sectors and has over the years built strong working relationships with external counterparts in various sectors of the economy. For over 13 years, Joyce held various Finance leadership roles in Unilever Ghana and her Associated companies including Head of Treasury and Group Taxation/ Funds and Insurance Manager. She has also worked as a Consultant for Deloitte & Touche West Africa, and as an Independent Consultant involved in proving financial advisory services and facilitating finance training modules for corporate organisations and SMEs. Joyce is currently an Executive Director of Scion Ltd., an automobile accessory distribution and service company which she co-founded in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from the University of Ghana, a Master of Arts degree (Economics) from Simon Fraser University, British Colombia, Canada and a Diploma in Financial Management from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK.
