Mr Arthur is a results-oriented finance professional with over 20 years combined experience and functional expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Delivery, Strategic Management, and Sales. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and implementing the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public Finance, Development Finance and Banking. Prior to joining FCL, William worked at Bank of Africa (Formerly Amalbank) in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. Mr Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.

Mr. Sylvester Inkum was educated at the University of Ghana where he obtained his BA in Economics and Statistics in 1990 and his MBA in 1999. Sylvester worked with the Aid/Debt Management Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from 1992 to 2000. He later joined Horizon Leasing and Finance Company (then General Leasing and Finance Company), in October 2000. He has acquired tremendous experience in Lease Structuring and Asset Finance over the years. He has in the past worked as Head of Operations and Business Development of Leasafric Ghana Limited and later as Head of Credit of SDC Finance & Leasing Company Limited all in Accra.

Jonathan currently works as the Head of Corporate Finance at Forms Capital. He previously worked as the Senior Credit Analyst where he was responsible for evaluating financial and technical data to determine the level of default risk to the institution. Prior to that Jonathan worked with a number of financial institutions across three different continents, including Ghana International Bank in London, MassMutual Financial Group in Tampa, Florida, and Fidelity Bank Ghana. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in International Business with a minor in Finance and a Master’s degree in Management from IE Business School in Madrid. Jonathan also sits on the Lifeforms Group Management Committee where decisions on business development acquisitions and potential investments and disinvestments are taken. He also represents Lifeforms Group at shareholders’ meetings for three of its major shareholdings: Fidelity Bank Ghana, Prudential Bank Limited, and Woman’s World Banking Ghana.
