Mr Arthur is a results-oriented finance professional with over 20 years combined experience and functional expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Delivery, Strategic Management, and Sales. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and implementing the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public Finance, Development Finance and Banking. Prior to joining FCL, William worked at Bank of Africa (Formerly Amalbank) in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. Mr Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.
Mr. Sylvester Inkum was educated at the University of Ghana where he obtained his BA in Economics and Statistics in 1990 and his MBA in 1999. Sylvester worked with the Aid/Debt Management Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from 1992 to 2000. He later joined Horizon Leasing and Finance Company (then General Leasing and Finance Company), in October 2000. He has acquired tremendous experience in Lease Structuring and Asset Finance over the years. He has in the past worked as Head of Operations and Business Development of Leasafric Ghana Limited and later as Head of Credit of SDC Finance & Leasing Company Limited all in Accra.
Jonathan currently works as the Head of Corporate Finance at Forms Capital. He previously worked as the Senior Credit Analyst where he was responsible for evaluating financial and technical data to determine the level of default risk to the institution. Prior to that Jonathan worked with a number of financial institutions across three different continents, including Ghana International Bank in London, MassMutual Financial Group in Tampa, Florida, and Fidelity Bank Ghana. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in International Business with a minor in Finance and a Master’s degree in Management from IE Business School in Madrid. Jonathan also sits on the Lifeforms Group Management Committee where decisions on business development acquisitions and potential investments and disinvestments are taken. He also represents Lifeforms Group at shareholders’ meetings for three of its major shareholdings: Fidelity Bank Ghana, Prudential Bank Limited, and Woman’s World Banking Ghana.
Jones is a result-oriented and versatile finance professional with over eight years of industry experience in finance and accounting. He is currently the Acting Head of Finance and Accounts for Forms Capital Ltd. Jones started his career as national service personnel with Forms Capital Limited as an Accounts Officer in 2012. Having risen through the ranks working with experienced professionals over the years to learn and developed himself with hands-on practical and industry knowledge in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Management, Regulatory reporting and Financial analysis.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from the University College of Education (Winneba), an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Kumasi) and is currently in the final part of ICAG professional certification.
Ishmael is a Banking and Chartered Investment Professional with over a decade extensive experience in a career that spans Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing strategy, Financial Services Marketing, Customer Experience, and Credit Risk Management. He is currently Head, Business Development at Forms Capital. Previously he worked as a Senior Relationship Officer and rose through the ranks to the position of Sales Manager where he was responsible for Product development and growth, Sales and Marketing Strategy execution, and Income generation. Prior to joining Forms Capital Ltd, Ishmael worked with Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd. He has offered records of achievement in executing customer recruitments and relationship management, marketing strategy execution, conducting high-Liabilities negotiations, leading Business development discussions, and closing key transactions. He holds a BSc degree in Agriculture from the University of Ghana and a Commonwealth Executive MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is also a Charter Holder of the Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA) and a member of the CGIA Network, Ghana.
Donald is a Chartered Credit Professional of Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana and currently the Head, Credit Risk & Operations of Forms Capital Limited (FCL).He is knowledgeable in SME markets and understands different consumer behaviors. He also has extensive years of experience in Microfinance, Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, Value-Chain Financing and as well as Credit Risk Management. He has participated in a number of training seminars on Microfinance and has acquired in-depth knowledge on the formation, running and management of microfinance/micro enterprise development. Prior to joining FCL, he has worked with Midland Savings and Loans Ltd as Head of Credit (2014-2016) and Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd. (formerly Sinapi Aba Trust) for twelve (12) years as one of the most experienced branch staff. In Sinapi Aba, he started as an Associate Financial Services Officer and rose through the ranks to the position as the Branch Manager. Donald holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Donald also holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the Central University College and HND in Statistics from the Ho Polytechnic.
