Mr. Apenteng is the current Board Chairman of Forms Capital Limited. He also serves on the boards of Adesa Productions Limited and Media General (parent company of TV3 Limited and Adesa Productions).

Before retiring from full-time work in February 2019, he was a media and communications consultant and CEO of CorpComm Limited, providing strategic communication services.

His career spans senior management and board leadership roles with over two decades of experience in executive leadership, team building, corporate governance, and organizational performance.

Lesley is a lawyer with extensive public sector legal work experience. She had long tenures as Legal Director & Board Secretary of the Public Procurement Authority of Ghana and as Principal Legal Counsel of the Office of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Finance of Ghana.

She has served in various senior advisory & administrative capacities advising on legal issues in financial sector regulation and on public procurement policy and regulation. Her work experience has included legal advisory services on regulatory compliance; formulation of public procurement policy for legislation; preparation, review & evaluation of tenders; the administrative review of contractor complaints in government procurement; corporate governance advisory and board secretarial work.

In her earlier career she worked on negotiations and review of government loan agreements for various infrastructure projects and with government development partners, has experience in government funding approval procedures, supervision and management of loan documentation procedures, the resolution of contractual disputes and contracts management.

She worked as a short-term consultant at the board secretariat of the African Development Bank in Tunis, Tunisia. She is also a qualified Notary Public of the Republic of Ghana.

Joyce is a finance professional with broad expertise in treasury management, benefits administration, business planning, implementation processes, and tax management. Over a 13-year career, she held finance leadership roles with Unilever Ghana and associated companies, including Head of Treasury and Group Taxation/Insurance Manager.

She has also worked as a Consultant for Deloitte & Touche West Africa and independently provided financial advisory services and corporate training for SMEs and organizations.

Ewurafua Addo- Atuah a dual-qualified lawyer and insights leader with experience spanning legal practice, marketing, and commercial strategy across the beverage industry. Currently an Insights Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev, driving portfolio growth, market expansion, and strategy across multiple African markets.

Experienced in leading cross-market initiatives across seven countries, with a strong focus on emerging and low-income consumer segments. Proven track record in delivering portfolio innovation, scaling new products, and executing strategies that improve category growth and reduce illicit alcohol consumption.

Jude is the Founder and CEO of JA Group & Co, an investment holding company with global interests in financial services, technology, real estate, and natural resources. His previous roles include senior coverage positions at Standard Chartered Bank and J.P. Morgan in London, where he delivered credit, treasury, and asset management solutions for private and institutional clients.

He is also the Co-Founder of Cornerstone Partners, an angel syndicate and venture capital firm supporting underrepresented founders in the UK, and serves on the UK Board of Trustees of World Vision. Additionally, Jude is a Non-Executive Director of Milvik Ghana Limited (insurtech/healthtech).

Dr. Ernest Obuobisa–Darko is an economist, banker, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking, credit risk management, and financial advisory services. He previously held senior leadership roles at Ecobank Ghana Limited as Head of Local Corporates and at The Trust Bank Limited as Business Manager, Corporate Banking, where he managed corporate portfolios, credit analysis, SME financing, trade finance, and relationship management.

He is the Managing Consultant at ETES Consultancy Services, providing financial advisory, credit analysis, business restructuring, fundraising, and training services for corporates and financial institutions.

He also serves as Board Chairman of Akuapem Rural Bank PLC and is a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Forms Capital Limited, with strong expertise in governance, investment advisory, and financial oversight.
