Jonathan currently works as the Acting Chief Executive Officer. He previously worked as the Head of Corporate Finance at Forms Capital and as a Senior Credit Analyst, where he was responsible for evaluating financial and technical data to determine the level of default risk to the institution.

Before that, Jonathan worked with several financial institutions across three different continents, including Ghana International Bank in London, Mass Mutual Financial Group in Tampa, Florida, and Fidelity Bank Ghana.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Eckerd College, with a minor in Finance, and a Master’s degree in Management from IE Business School in Madrid. Jonathan also serves on the Lifeforms Group Management Committee, where it makes decisions on business development, acquisitions, and potential investments and disinvestments.

Ishmael heads Business Development at Forms Capital. Ishmael is a Banking and Chartered Investment Professional with over 15 years extensive experience in a career that spans Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing strategy, Financial Services Marketing, Customer Experience, and Credit Risk Management. He is currently Head, Business Development at Forms Capital.

Previously he worked as a Senior Relationship Officer and rose through the ranks to the position of Sales Manager where he was responsible for Product development and growth, Sales and Marketing Strategy execution, and Income generation. Prior to joining Forms Capital Ltd, Ishmael worked with Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd.

Jones is a result-oriented and versatile finance professional with over eight years of industry experience in finance and accounting. He is currently the Acting Head of Finance and Accounts for Forms Capital Ltd. Jones started his career as national service personnel with Forms Capital Limited as an Accounts Officer in 2012.

Having risen through the ranks working with experienced professionals over the years to learn and developed himself with hands-on practical and industry knowledge in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Management, Regulatory reporting and Financial analysis.
